EQUITY IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
LADYINC VENTURES™ believes that the essential element of bridging the equity gap in community development is by providing those affected by the conditions of their neighborhoods with a meaningful voice in the decision-making process. Our work centers around stakeholder engagement processes that allow the community to be educated, informed, and provide input on development that's happening in their neighborhood VS development happening in their neighborhood and learning about it during the aftermath.
