THE TEAM

Angelique Sharpe is the Founder and Lead Economic Solutions Strategist for LADYINC Ventures. Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI one of the most racially segregated cities in the U.S., Ms. Sharpe is an inclusive, innovative, and impact-driven leader who brings to the organization over 15 years of experience leading or collaborating with public agencies, nonprofit groups, and businesses to deliver comprehensive community & economic development services. In her role, Sharpe's primary responsibilities are to manage the overall company operations, spearhead client projects, and strengthen resources. 

Angelique has previously held positions as owner and administrator of a Wisconsin Department of Children and Families licensed Child & Youth Care Training Center, a curriculum  facilitator and trainer for a $5.5 Million dollar federally funded Strengthening Families Initiative, and a City of Milwaukee Business Improvement District Director who spearheaded the work that helped secure a $14.3 million dollar federal revitalization grant in June 2023. 

Sharpe currently administers a City and County-wide entrepreneurship program for a Leading State Wide Economic Development organization, funded by a national bank, and is the chief visionary leader of LADYINC VENTURES. In addition to her background, Angelique holds both a Masters of Science in Cultural Foundations of Community Engagement & Education and a Bachelors in Community Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a nationally certified Small Business Coach, and Certified Financial Health Counselor. Angelique's personal mission is to help uncover the boundless, equal potential inside of every community, business, and person.  

FUN FACT: Angelique is a dog mom of a Black Shih-Tzu mix named Smokey who is her furry, brokest, best friend. 

Tj Bowling a is a Strategic Management Specialist with over 10 years of professional experience in organizational development and learning systems management. As Co-Founder of LADYINC Ventures, Mr. Bowling directs company-wide enterprise systems, initiatives, and projects.  In his role, TJ collaborates with other team members to determine and prioritize business strategies across the organization and on client projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in systems and organizational management from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee-WI. Tj's personal mission is to propel people and organizations to their highest potential.
