LADYInc Ventures is an equitable development consulting agency that brings over 20 combined years of experience leading or collaborating with public agencies, non-profit groups, and businesses to deliver comprehensive community & economic development services. Our Human Rights-Based approach to strategic planning, design and implementation stems from years of being a part of, immersing ourselves within, and directly serving historically disenfranchised, underrepresented, disadvantaged, and underserved neighborhoods. We specialize in four areas of practice that build inclusive, healthier, and more sustainable local economies, neighborhoods, businesses, and families. 

Our projects typically include but are not limited to: equitable public way and pedestrian infrastructure planning and maintenance, beautification and public art facilitation and management, district marketing and advertising; business retention/attraction, special events, and promotional activities, business improvements, youth & family development planning, and programming,  public safety equity planning, food & water equity planning, environmental equity, and other economic development initiatives.
